What is a 504?
504 refers to the section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which can be found here. Instead of explaining about the 504, links are provided to helpful information:
-

What is an IEP?
An IEP is an Individualized Education Plan, which is a written statement of the educational program designed to meet a child's individual needs. Every child who receives special education services must have an IEP.
